Time Off Calendar
Time Off Calendar - I have created a team for use within a specific group of which all members use office 365 and the outlook calendar to plan time off, meetings etc. End goal is to allow people to book time on a group calendar for their days off. I was thinking of using a form or a powerapp that presents a month view and they can click on the dates they want off. Or creating a room for those requests and calendar events? I don't think i should have to add someone to a group for them to see a calendar i want public to the entire company. Lxchris hello, i understand you're looking for a way to implement a vacation calendar that integrates with each user's personal outlook calendar and provides a general overview for the whole team.

You have to create a second calendar entry to actually block the time on your own calendar. This approach works.but it's basically a workaround. But the appointment creation will fail if anyone tries to book an appointment as there is a status check again with live calendar at the time of appointment creation. I could create a new group with a calendar.
While teams and outlook are powerful tools, setting up a seamless vacation tracking system can be a bit tricky. V2.0 should check to see if there are a certain # of people that have already requested that same day off and if it is over a certain #, deny it. I've added a new site to our o365 account called.

I could create a new group with a calendar. The outlook calendar event for 24/06/22 shows up in the bookings calendar in blue compared to the time off event created inside bookings which is in orange. Time Off Calendar - The event created in outlook does not appear in bookings app as time off and therefore allows a service to be booked at the same date/time as the time off event. While teams and outlook are powerful tools, setting up a seamless vacation tracking system can be a bit tricky. To improve collaborative working i would like details on personal calendars (and respective group calendars) to be visible on the teams calendar so that all information relating to team members. It'd be great if outlook had some native functionality for this.

Hi Robelliott, Thank You For Your Reply.i Have Used Power Apps To Develop Leave Request But Only Halfway Because My Organization Decides To Use Sharepoint For The System, Similar To The Video I Posted Earlier.

I've added a new site to our o365 account called calendars, in which i've created a few calendars (add app > calendar) for various purposes (time off for staff vacation requests, conference line for internal resource booking, etc.), and i've modified the fields for each calendar to remove fields that don't apply (like 'location' for the time. Would the best way be to create an email address and have the calendar items associated with that email? I don't think i should have to add someone to a group for them to see a calendar i want public to the entire company.
