I would actually love this schedule with elementary schoolers! If 50 hours of week with 3 kids of different ages and schedules is too much for her, talk with her nicely about some solutions. They're always surprised when come summer, the nanny wants to take time off even though they've used up all their vacation time. I don't think it's unreasonable to ask but as far as cleaning, meal prep, all these extra things the nanny usually wouldn't do.i wouldn't as well.
